Ideally we'd like to have 2 weeks for production, but can rush if urgent.
We DON'T charge a rush fee.

When ready we ship with service you have selected.

We can make anything that's possible to be made: from design to final polish.

A new model that doesn't exist in our store, and we have to design from scratch.

If for any reason you should not be absolutely happy with the jewelry in person, please contact us and ship back within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund.
Full refund (less shipping) will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
Custom made designs are not refundable, but can be cancelled within 48 hours.
