Ideally we'd like to have 2 weeks for production, but can rush if urgent.
We DON'T charge a rush fee.
Please send us a message if you have a specific day in mind you'd like to receive the order.

When ready we ship with service you have selected.

We can make anything that's possible to be made: from design to final polish.

A new model that doesn't exist in our store, and we have to design from scratch.

◾ When canceled on the same day, refund will process in 24 hours to process.
◾ If canceled after 24 hours, will process in 10 business days.
◾ If for any reason you should not be absolutely happy with the item in person after you received it, please contact us and ship it back within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Exchange is initiated upon confirmed tracking number, refund takes 10 business days after received.
◾ Custom made designs are not refundable, but can be cancelled within 48 hours.
◾ 5% transection fee is withheld from refund at all times.
