When canceled on the same day, full refund will process back in 24 hours. If canceled after 24 hours, full refund will post in 10 business days.
If for any reason you should not be absolutely happy with the ring in person, please contact us and ship the ring back back within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund.
Full refund (less shipping) will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
Custom made designs are not refundable, but can be cancelled within 48 hours.
