💱 EXCHANGE/ REFUND POLICY
◾ When canceled on the same day, refund takes 24 hours to process.
◾ If canceled after 24 hours, refund takes 10 business days.
◾ If for any reason you should not be absolutely happy with the item in person after you received it, please contact us and ship it back within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Exchange is initiated upon confirmed tracking number, refund takes 10 business days after received.
◾ Custom made designs are not refundable, but can be cancelled within 48 hours.
◾ 5% transection fee is withheld from refund at all times.
